This ALWAYS happens whan a patch is released. I wont bother you with the 10000000000 things I would find with a search on the subject.
I wouldn't want to overload your nanosynapses.

A new batch of skins was released yesterday.  This requires a new version of the "skins.res" file to be installed before any skins will become available again.  This file is always installed when you connect to any online arena, if the one you have is out of date.

Once installed, all the skins will be listed again, including new ones, and excluding old ones which are dropped when a new update of a model is installed.
