Yesterday.. Enjoying the friendly skies I decided to up an m18 to go take out a tank that was shelling a base and received a message I haven't seen since week 1 long time ago..."You don't have enough points for that model" :uhoh I look in the Hanger at my points and I have 14.69 fighter pts that's all. At some point during my gameplay all my points went bye-bye.. 4300+ ftr 1200+ bmbr and I like tiggers so only about 650 vh points as well as my F.A.R.T squadname all gone... :noid... I sent an email out to support still waiting for a response.... Just curious this happen before? :bhead

Did you change your in game name? If so that resets all perks to 0.

Not nearly as crummy as losing my old account due to financial issues along with 11K / 26K / 13K perks in each respective category...
Or FBLazy1 losing over 37K in fighter perks...

Hell, I'm a fulltime student, drafter and when I'm not taking a day off I'm working/volunteering on museum planes, think they cared I didn't care I'm owed 4-weeks backpay, got my account closed early (I paid to the credit of HTCs 28.5-days since "final 30 day" notice - truth) , DESPITE the fact I had adivsed Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com) that eternity of 60+ days prior to my account closing (oh but foolish me, not again immediately again after squeezing out the last payment) of my current financial hardships HiTech Creations Inc. in wholesome texas gives a flying.... ?
Aparently not, many emails later, do they really care about the length of loyal reccuring subscription payments. So save your breath or making yourself a martyr.
And no, I'm not gonna give up time to keep warbirds really flying to earn stupid virtual perks ("yeah sorry bout noshowing at your airshow, I was too busy regrinding perk points so I can fly a cartoon 262"), it's their disrespect for my previous time invested with them that I'm thrilled about. Oh, and the "shine-it-off, they'll walk it off" montra recently.

No.. I didn't do a name change been the same for years...37k in perks? ouch guess I won't whine anymore. :eek: Wow Bab.. sounds like it was a rough few weeks for ya there. Hope everything smoothed out and if that's what happened with HTC I may be in for a long wait for a response, Still gonna have some faith if that fails I love making phone calls :devil As far as your work on warbirds.. Thank You, I have traveled to a few Museums and Displays in the past 10 years maybe I have seen some of your handywork :D Been playing for 8 years now... going to hope for some customer appreciation..... I know it was only a few dozen perks I regained on my account last week, but when I got home last night there was again nothing. :huh :rolleyes:
Ive never thought of HTCs to be outgoing to cause trouble/drama (see my post above; usually they're sympathetic but not-outgoing to fix the problem) so I'm inclined to think maybe another database system flook from my previous account floating around in it (but that I was told had been definitively beyond purged and too late to save it) than this is a bad joke.

There was an error that caused some players to lose all their perk points. All you needed to do was to let us know about it. All fixed now.

Either I did not get your email, or you did not get my response, or a spam filter ate it (on either end). Squad bulletin boards are removed if they go inactive for over six months. That is explained in this sticky post (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,87756.0.html) in the Squadron forums.
