Howdy. I downloaded and extracted the files to the aces high sound file. Now how do I get them to play when in game? Peace.
-
there's a folder called sounds in your aces high directory. just add what is inside the fruda's sound folder and that is it.

Goto to "Sounds" file in AH program and rename it to "soundsAH" these are original plane sounds.
Rename the file you have downloaded to "sounds" and copy into AH program.
Have a file on your pc with different sound packages, you can mix and match different sound packages :)
I was thinking of making a new sound for pilot wound, a really bad expletive when getting shot :rofl

Thanks for the info. Zack that is a great idea!
-
you only have to rename the original if you have custom sounds there. game will create a new folder if there is none and the folder is empty anyway.

Once the folder named soundsAH, how do you get them to work on the planes? Zack said I could choose. Help. Lol
-
they play automatically. there's nothing to choose. are you sure they're inside the sounds folder and make sure there isnt another sounds folder inside the sounds folder.
