Title: Another 787 Fire
Post by: rpm on July 12, 2013, 12:49:46 PM
This time it was empty, sitting on the ground at Heathrow. Would you be feel safe flying on a 787? Apparently Wall Street doesn't. Before the news Boeing stock was at an all-time high of $108.15. Now it's taking a beating, at one point down 6% 98.88. It's Boeing's worst one day slide in 2 years.

Not a huge problem depending on the outcome of the investigation. It could be anything right now. I cant even find it trending actually.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Over the Pacific, hours away from anywhere, this would be a major problem. Perhaps even fatal.
