Title: Stick scaling for indiviual aircraft
Post by: thrila on July 13, 2013, 04:49:07 PM
Please could this be considered for an update in the future.  I have a separate scaling i like for an individual aircraft which i copy and paste from my desktop into the settings folder when i fly it and vice versa.  It's not a massive issue, but it is a bit annoying to do.

Always wondered why this was not possible since the line for the scaling can be held in an aircraft specific file like the hps cockpit head position files, convergence, gunsight, and salvo. Just have a check box with each plane in the hanger to use scaling or unchecked no scaling. But, it's on you to create scaling for all of your rides one at a time trial and error. That's a lot of work. Though it would help with the Ju87G2. When I get that scaled for ground attack it's not sensitive enough for A2A in fighters. Possibly the inheritance is not that simple from instance to instance when you spawn.

Now you would have a whole bunch more files to backup: (fighterX.sca)

Scaling setup in your joystick file:
