Title: Perk point bonus?

Hangar showed a perk point bonus of 1.33. I shoot down a KI61 in a D11 (same perk value) and I get 0.72 perkie. I thought the higher the perk bonus, the more perks I rack up.

Is it actually a perk point 'malus'? :headscratch:

First thing coming to my mind: The perk point bonus can and will change rather rapidly at times. The one shown in hangar is only valid at this particular moment.
Just a few minutes ago I was sitting in the hangar, contemplating a loadout for a B-29 sortie. During that time, my side's perk bonus changed from  1.44 to 1.19
