Title: Jerky framerate :(

The game reports a steady 60 fps but when I look at the visuals (such as the trees) the motion does not seem 'smooth' ie the delay between each frame is erratic causing the appearance of jerkiness. Any ideas?

I had this on certain maps,. Turning off ground clutter in the graphics options fixed this for me

Turn off antivirus software?

Shorten graphics object rendering distance?

Turn off shadows?

Turn off reflections?

Dang it! Just turn off everything that gulps down resources!

He says his FR is 60,so i don't see how turning gfx  eye candy off would help.

I dont suppose you have Comcast do you? I noticed this myself a week ago.
