I'll be a bomber group leader in the next scenario and will need bomber pilots to join me for GLORY!
Details of the scenario will be public soon, but I'm starting to gather the brave right away.
Bombers are what make it happen, folks! So, in my best Patrick Warburton voice, I say, "Let's DOOOOOOO IT!"
-
"ALL RIIIIIIGHT!!!"
-
Also, every bomber pilot who joins me gets Quagmire as a co-pilot. "Giggity!" (I've worked with Stewie to clone up a batch of them.)
-
I don't know anything about "Glory" but I'll do anything for a cookie!!999000 <S>
-
999 is going to be in the formation....
GUESS WHO IS JOINING THE ESCORTS! :uhoh
-
I'm waiting to receive word on my posting from fighter command, but me and my fellow Hurricane and Spitfire pilots will be waiting :joystick:
-
If work does not 86 the event, I'd love to fly.

Our agents have already reported. Since it is now hopeless, your orders are to pack it in and join up with me and 999000.

This is the Battle of Britain, and we will be flying against Hurricane I's and a lesser number of Spitfire I's.
We will be flying He 111's. Our side has plenty of Bf 109E's and some Bf 110C's to help keep us safe. Hurri I's are very slow, and both Hurri I's and Spit I's have one of the weakest gun packages in AH. In this environment, the He 111 will be quite decent. While it is slower than the Ju 88, it has an excellent field of fire from its defensive guns (much better than the Ju 88). Also, you have to admit that it is a very cool looking plane!
Please join me for the He 111's debut in scenarios.

We've got Volron in the group. Welcome aboard, Volron! :aok

wurzel and trev weren't admiring that HE-111, they were researching the most efficient and easiest ways of shooting the thing down! :old:

Maybe, but I'm going to stick to my story. :D
I hope that Wurz and Trev will join us for this one. I've seen Wurz around, but not Trev in a while -- do you think he'll fly in it?
-
Beefcake, Wildcat1, and Mcfly have joined up. Thanks, guys!
Who else will join us? Bomber pilots -- you are the centerpiece of this battle. :aok
-
You are getting all the good bombers, watch out Britian. We come with a message and a few cookies.
:salute
-
Popsman and Tudza have joined us. Welcome!
Five more spots left in the He 111's. Bomber pilots, come join us for the glory!

From a prior Battle of Britain scenario, you can see that the sky is a dangerous place for the RAF!

And it may be even more-so with the new wingman command. But the RAF will do it's best to stave off the hun.
17 He-111 pilot slots and the same number of JU-88s. I anticipate a sky full of 9 or 14 bomber formations.
Righto. :salute

BoB 2004 was the first Aces High scenario I played in. (Many others in Air Warrior, but that was my first in AH.) In that one, the outcome came down to a couple of buildings at the final target, Southampton!

Arlo has it right -- it will be a magnificent battle. Tally ho! And beware the Hun in the sun! <S>

Will be there to shoot you down as always

Can any of you help me out?
Please post here if you can, and many thanks in advance.
