While keeping our current automatic map-switch timer system thing, I would like a bases changed/switched per day number to affect the timer.
Simply, if there are less or no bases changing hands for a number of days, the timer for a switch would decrease to, perhaps, a week or something to that effect.
Makes sense to me. Keep the current system but add a variable (modifier) to decrease the amount of time spent on "stale", non-changing, no-action maps.

Maybe I'm just misunderstanding you. But the map switch timer is already set at 7 days of maximum playtime.

I would like the 24 hour minimum/72 hour maximum map duration standard enacted please. :aok
Any map reset before 24 hours would reset as the same map (which are almost always the small maps).
Any map not reset by 72 hours, would be reset to the next one in the rotation.

(I envision a patch in a couple of weeks [HT appears to take that time-span literally, as of late]. :D)

What about adding "This map is best if won by <insert date>" statement? :D

I like map changes with one exception. Later at night a map win triggers folks to go to bed instead of hanging out.
