Title: Error at Start Up

When I click the AH icon the screen for where the main intro picture comes up white and an ERROR box appears that says:

Initialization failed with -9
mainWLD_FAILED -1

Skuzzy says delete your desktop icon, download a fresh install and install it OVER the game you have now (don't delete the game install you have now). It will fix the files that are messed up.

 Do you know how long it takes for me to do a fresh download?  why don't they just fix the last patch...not liking this at all.
