Title: M4A3-75 Shelling (medium range)
Post by: Chalenge on August 09, 2013, 01:21:26 AM
This was made offline, so everyone knows there is no spotter involved. The idea of the film is to demonstrate that an M4 can kill a vehicle base single-handed, and it does not need a direct line-of-sight to do so. In this case I use all of the ammo without reloading and kill all five hangars. The only reason this is possible is because of the proximity of the Storch hangar to vehicle hangar #4.

I did & that is why that face.
We don't have an OMG face for a base shut down with no line of sight of target & with a single vehicle several mile away.

5.8k away that is without LOS I saw that you were killing the hangars with just splash damage how many rounds did it take on average for the VH to die?? also how do you do that I saw no ranging shots and how did you keep your turret from moving from side to side and your gun not changing elevations during that whole thing??

In this film I don't believe any shells missed, so the full force of the HE is applied. As to the turret moving, the turret does move. The M4 is a stabilized gun, but even so there is some movement. It looks as if the gun does not move so much in the film, but I think that's got something to do with cutting the film size down.
