Title: Rearm Pad - Loadout Changes

Whenever you're at the rearm pad, does it ever come to you that you wish you'd be able to change your aircraft's load-out to suit changes in what's going on in the area you happen to be fighting in? What if when you're at the rearm pad you can choose to change the load-out of your plane to your liking, such as guns, or from 100% in your fuel tank to 50% when rearming.

Yeah, sometime I do. When that feeling hits me, I just tower out and change settings in the hangar.  ;)

B-b-b-but... Name in lights!  ...Attaboys!  You don't get them if you tower out to change your loadout with only 1 kill.

Only if you originally upped with ords.

Example:  I up a P-51 with 100%, 1k's and rocks, use up and return.  Rearm: I opted to leave bombs, take only 50% but keep rocks.  Use, return; Rearm: I put bombs back, take 75% but no rocks.  I can do this because originally I upped with all that stuff.

Example2:  I up a 51 with 50% fuel, no bombs or rocks.  Rearm: I put 100% this time, but can't load bombs or rocks because I didn't up with them in the first place.

Example3: I up a 51 with 75% and bombs, no rocks.  Rearm: I drop to 50%, leave bombs but can't put rocks on because I didn't up with them in the first place.

I think I've established my point. :D

As long as the base where you are rearming has ord available.

I would agree with the point of selecting what ords, fuel are available at the bases current situation. The ability to choose a load at the rearm pad would be nice. There is no difference to the fight, since i could tower and relaunch so there is no negative game effect. It would be a nice addition though.

me thinks most players have no clue how involved it was to load not only the ord but the shackles as well.  it wasn't a 30 second job.

I say leave it as is.  There are already enough gamey game stuff as it is.
