Hi there, I've been away from the game for 10 months and I'm trying to get my account set up again and I keep receiving this message. Nothing has changed other than my internet provider (Frontier) I've checked my firewall, everything is exactly as it was when I played before I left... Any ideas anybody?

If you just tried playing your old version I'd go ahead and download a new up to date version that knows where to connect to as IP addresses have changed a few times recently.

What fuzeman said. Also note, most firewalls are notorious for blocking the game from the Internet after an update. Just remove the game from your firewall and add it back, after you do the complete install. That should take care of it, unless you are using Norton. Norton's firewall can get in a state where the game will be blocked, permanently, regardless of how you try to add it.
The only know way to correct the Norton problem is to remove Norton, then reinstall it.
