Title: My game seems to be messed up

I was looking at what video card i head earlier and when i tryed to log into the arena the image on the screen  did not fit and was very bad quality how do i fix this

EDIT: i guess i messed up the resolution and had to set to the highest one i could

what is the default screen resolution so i can fix it still messed up

There is no default resolution for the game.  When the game is run, for the first time, it uses the resolution of the Windows desktop.
