Title: How to reactivate old account

Can anyone tell me how to get my old account reactivated? My Screen name still comes up in the system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you have to make a new one i have had to do it before

You cannot re-activate a closed/deleted account.  Simply create a new account, using a different login ID.  Once you are logged in and select an arena from the arena list, the game will prompt you for a game ID.  Enter the game ID you want.  It is not asking you to enter your login ID, which is private information.

Yes, you can use you old game handle.  You just have to create the new account using a different login ID.  The login ID is NOT the game ID.  It is private information between you and HiTech Creations.  It is your account number. 

The game ID is what everyone sees in the game.
