Title: HT, Tempest and P-47D available for axis?

As I'm writing this P-47D-30 and Tempest were available in Rooks' bases. If you aren't in the middle of that new buff code you can remove 'em...we'll do just fine without them.  ;)  :D

Oops I didn't see this was discussed before...thought it was a temporary mix up...

Apparently not temporary.  These planes are still available on the axis side.   :rolleyes:
