Shouldn't this be rightfully called the Ensign Parker 'achievement?'

(I'm still not convinced this achievement thing has has a positive effect.)

I believe Ensign Parker destroyed a building on land.

I believe he was capable of doing more damage to the U.S. Navy than anyone gives
him credit for.  :D
