I'm at an auction right now with an IBM m1 carbine in very good condition with bayonet lug and case would like to know what you guys would pay for one right
-
they go for @$800 from what have seen. I bought a winchester m1 carbine 20 years ago for $225. Then traded it for a toolbox. I still have the toolbox.
-
I'm back from the auction and the M1 carbine went for $925 it was made by I.B.M. Corp. everything went high as usual at those types of auctions but I did get a USMC Ka-Bar knife for $62.50 with leather sheath USMC stamp on it
-
I seen one go at a gun auction this summer for 150 bucks. The condition was fair to good.
-
I'd be careful about buying at an auction. Emotions can run high and overtake common sense when you get caught up in the high of bidding on something against other people. Also make sure you can thoroughly look the firearm over, and preferably shoot it before you buy it.

I looked them up on the internet before I went bidding away my money lol there about $120 new and this one looks to be about late 1940s

if it was a 1940s issued kbar, you got a decent deal. you can get brand new for about $85, usmc stamped.
