  That was crack the mayor was supposed to be smoking,he denies it of course but when asked if he smoked pot the answer was .....  Yes and lots of it.... :rofl

 As for the Prime Minister,he's an old fuddy-duddy.... actually trying to make the laws tougher instead of following the lead from down south.   Oh well he's likely on the way out anyways.
