This.  I didn't see it from the link, but was the guy that shot him part of the party he was with?  Sometimes the idiots just appear out of the brush.

YIKES!

That's not very good Situation Awareness.... I'd be more afraid of not-knowing my background with a rifle instead of a shotgun with bird loads!    :bhead

Scary Stuff! I know Americans have the GOD GIVEN RIGHT to blow stuff up and shoot stuff... (which is awesome to a Canuk)... But perhaps a little safety is in order!

It's no fun hunting alone, and that's what will happen if you shoot another hunter or your buddy... Me thinks they won't want to walk bush ahead of you..... :frown:
