Really good stuff.  you guys were working hard together.  I expected someone to panic and leave a mate behind but it never happened, you guys would get away out of gun range heading to your base, I would break and pull for tail end Charlie and you all kept coming back for him.  That must have happened 8 to 10 times.  I was down to bb's had several possible angles and possible hits and only saw hit sprites once.  At the very last, one of us was oiled by the ack, I pulled up and came around behind you 4 that were left as we needed to egress now.  Your tail end Charlie broke, I went past, next guy broke and then the front 2  broke hard, giving us a small speed advantage so I knew we were home free and we hightailed it out of there.  You all must have been on fumes by then.

I was down to a single bomber and was worried when I came back from a bathroom break to find myself alone just after dropping on enemy base.  I just headed west, when I heard Gooss on range talking about a single bomber alone in the back.  I was happy when he mentioned my name and told me to hurry up.  I was able to catch up and land safely while the ponies kept the straggler enemy fighters away.

that was a fun frame <S> 327th.
