At the moment, country numbers used in .dt command (c01, c02,c03) depend on map position and are not permanently assigned to each AH 'country'. Sometimes your country is 01, sometimes 02 and so on. Very confusing.
Even worse is that at least on one map (Ozkansas) HQ and City/factories seems to have different country numbers for one and the same team at the same time (see my latest entry in the 'ozkansas' bug report.
Please consider changing this to the same permanent country numbers already used for team switch purposes.
Yes, I know this might be more difficult than it seems ;)

I noticed this too and FBCrabby explained it to me. i think he said it has to do with what portion of the map your country is assigned to.

That's correct, the country objects are assigned when the map is designed. In the MA however, our AH countries are randomly assigned to the different country positions. And thus the factories AH country 1 (bishops) can have any country number for the .dt command.
The porblem is, unless you are a 100+ hours per tour nerd who has memorized all the different map positions on the terrains, it will be very cumbersome which object is belonging to which AH chesspiece at a given moment.
And HQ and factories having different country number codes for the same chesspiece on at least one map in the rotation doesn't help it either ;)

Ok, I'll say it since nobody else seems to want to. To be useful for the average player, .dt needs a GUI implemented. In its current state, it's useful, but probably the kludgiest thing in the game.

Well, to be honest ... Personally, I'd like to see the .dt command to be removed entirely. :devil
But that ain't going to happen ;)

Have to agree , the .dt command is very gamey and should be removed.

Why not just have the .dt command only work for 'in-country' users? I understand it would be something that could be 'spied' upon, but if it remains a dot command it would be very 'kludgy' to use and still share information and would still offer the surprise that resupplying towns presents since the enemy could not see the rebuild time being reduced.
