I can get into the forums but cannot get the main website at home or at work.

Would the fact that I got discoed 7 times within 5 min. Have anything to do with this? Also, chat works when it wants to, and my bullets arn't registering. All as of today.

The web server is not on the same network as the game servers, so I would call that a coincidence.  Sounds like you were getting a lot of packet loss.  Did you happen to run a Ping Plot, to see where it might be happening?

Even though the homepage is up and working for me, all of the images are broken on the news articles, including the recent Yak screenshots. All are "red X" placeholders. Images that are part of the navigation and the page itself all show just fine, though.
