Anyone know where you can get repair parts for Saitek X52? Can't find much on their website. :headscratch:

Saitek Customer ser. is one of the worst...Even worse than Turtle Beach. I would ask for the mgr. of the service dept. right off the bat and see if they have an IPL for your model.hope that helps!

Thanks Wiskyfog. :salute

8 way Hat switch is starting to get flaky.

For general information, Per Saitek (MadCatz) Tech/Customer Support;
"Thank you for contacting Madcatz. I apologize for the delayed response and I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with your flight stick. Unfortunately we do not have replacement parts...."
They did offer me some warranty coverage if I still had my proof of purchase. Which I don't.

I have never seen an x65 in a second hand store before, but I am sure that they do wind up there on occasion.
What I do see a lot of are MS Sidewinders. If you are thinking of fixing the thing yourself, then you might see if the hat switches in Sidewinders are compatible.
Definitely not a novice's task, but if you thought of putting in a replacement, you should be able to modify a different brand a bit.

Good idea, thanks Muzik.

How do you not? You can look up receipts from just about every place you purchase something from. I guess you got it second-hand?
