Title: New movie recorder
Post by: Blade on September 14, 2013, 10:01:33 PM
I'm using FRAPS to recording AcesHigh movies.
But new game recorder released and I try that, it's very good one.

394MB for a 2min video!? My 2 min recordings on Fraps are usually 1 gig or more! How's the video quality? Does it record 1080p?

Also, I want the cursor you use in AH2!! (please?)  :pray ;)

Loilo has been around for a bit now. I still haven't adapted to it, because it still has issues, which you will discover. The one trait it has that is really sweet, is processing on the GPU alone, or with very small CPU usage. What it lacked at the time I looked it over is support of codecs on any appreciable scale, and lack of useful NLE tools. Canned effects it does have, but the ability to do more professional editing. . .

Sorry, I'm not good at English.
I wrote LoiLo Game Recorder, not LoiLo Scope.

I've been using the full version of Bandicam recently. Miles less system intensive than fraps and a fraction of the file size. The trade-off is slightly less quality but that's really only slightly noticable at 1080p. 3 minutes of footage of Aces High with Bandicam came to 197mb, where as it would have been in gigabytes with fraps. I recorded both of my entire 3 hour flights from both BoB frames and each was about 4gb in their entirety. I will try this new one out though and see how it compares.
