Not a tank, looks like trucks.  I think there's three if you freeze it and look closely.

Oh your right! Its so obvious I must have had blinders on. Looks like they had cow scoops mounted to the front ends.

It was far from obvious, it took me a little while to realize it was a 3rd truck because of the angle.  If you're seeing it as 1 or even 2 vehicles it does look really weird. :)
