The weekend of Sept. the 28th Challenger owners (48) from Ohio, Va, Pa, and Maryland got together to cruise the Skyline Drive in Waynesboro Va.
Was a blast. You'll see my SRT fairly closely when driving into the lot to start the cruise, around 3 min. mark. It's the bright white SRT with red stripes.
Running lights and fog lamps on. All variety including SXT, R/T, SRT and a friend of mine Al who owns a 7.0. Yep, modern 426 with a Procharger.
Hope you enjoy....we did.

Very nice - I'd love a Challenger but the $130k price for an Australian RHD converted one is way too step...so I'll have to stick with my Journey instead

Very nice video! Beautiful scenery and well put together. Enjoyed all 8+minutes of it.
When I first read the title I expected to see some cars on the side of the road with the hood up :D J/K
I did like that little jab you threw in at the Mustang :lol I am a Mustang owner, but I ain't "skeered"

+1 :aok from this Plymouth Roadrunner owner.
I didn't see any old 70 to 74 Challengers in the video. I assume this cruise was for the new incarnation only?

Older Challengers in the 70 to 74 range usually stay local. I drove over 800 miles getting to, doing the cruise and getting back home.

What is great is when you purchase an SRT, Dodge provides us with what is called the SRT experience. These events are held at places like Watkins Glen, Poconos etc.
The SRT owner (Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, nothing like a 470 HP soccer mom car eh? 300C SRT, Charger SRT, and Challenger SRT, Viper SRT) gets professional instruction and gets track time, on all the SRTs'.
There are timed events that the SRT owners compete in and all SRT owners have the ability to drive all the SRTs. No Vipers were available this year so I'm holding my
SRT for 2014 in hopes the Viper will be available again for the experience.
