Title: Choice of Skins in Pickup Missions

It sure would be nice to allow the creator of a Pickup Mission to select the skin for each aircraft offered in the mission from the available skins for any given aircraft.  It would only require one more dropdown window (same as selecting fuel loadout, etc).

Right now it kind of like Henry Ford's philosophy "Any color you want as long as its black."  Those same old default skins over and over again in Pickup Missions get tiresome.
