Title: Perk price charge

If you use a perk bomber and lose it do you lose the perk cost of the bomber when you took off or the perk cost when you crashed?

When you took off although it can change from when you enter the hanger (the cost you see) until you get to the runway (the cost you're charged).

You get a message in the buffer showing the total perk charge.
