Title: End Sortie Perk Message
Post by: doright on October 14, 2013, 12:24:29 PM: After the usually post sortie message (you landed successfully, you ditched, you're dead because you where stupid...) it would be nice if the perkies earned for that sortie were also displayed.

Not so much because I'm a score potato, more that I always seem to remember I wanted to go in the hanger and look at perkies earned after I've taken off. If it was in text buffer I could just scroll up and find the message.

As long as I'm wishing for memory aids. How about a flashing idiot light and siren for when at full power in autoclimb and the landing gear is down. Sometimes the players around me are too busy pointing and laughing to tell me.

I agree but think it should be a dot command so only the player sees the text and not everyone in the arena.

I can see all the harping now...if you would have used a 109G you would have got a lot more perks than in that 51.... kinda stuff happening.

I'd forget the use the dot command just as much as going to the hangar to check. It wouldn't be an arena-wide text, just a normal system message like for a ditch/capture/landing - or even come across as a PM.

there is a sound for it.

Your gear get ripped off. About jumped out of my skin last night, forgot my gear was down and it snapped. Geez, :lol
