Title: Ever wondered...
Post by: LCADolby on October 25, 2013, 11:22:59 PM
...what a mess Sony Movie Studio looks like in the hands of a crackpot high on sugar?

I'd love to see snippets of other film makers in progress shots, I'm pretty sure they are much more organised than that mess of mine.

Not that crazy but pretty close to how it looks.

I have no idea what is going on there, but it looks professional. Wish I had Sony Vegas. I'm going to be working on a new video tomorrow. maybe I'll post some progression shots too. :)

Not as complex as yours, but this is "Another One Down!"

Step 1: Record commentary for video. Only half way done with this part not including any parts that I need to go back and rerecord.

Step 2: Edit footage and cut out the boring parts. Sync the commentary to the appropriate parts.

Step 3: Rerecord any commentary I don't like, polish it up, make final tweaks here and there with audio levels, and finish.

I record my xbox gameplay with Pinnacle and I use Sony Vegas and After Effects to edit programs.

You're using the HD Platinum 10.0 version Dolby?  I'm looking to move up from Windows Movie Maker...

Latrobe, you're using Pinnacle Studio HD?

Yes, I use Pinnacle Studio 15 HD.

It's not as high-tech as Sony Vegas, but it gets the job done.
