Title: Skins gone

 :huh Logged on and all my skins are red  :furious...... They are all in the folder just not showing ingame  :bhead :bhead.... any ideas?

Can't remember the official reason why, but it happens sometimes. Three ways to live further: a) Disable automatic skin updates and use only the default ones, b) Disable auto-updates and download your preferred skins manually or c) Enable skin auto-download and let the skins come back during gameplay.

Skins in red means there is a mismatch in the "skins.res" file.  You can only get that file from being in an online arena.  If you have the latest "skins.res" file, then it means there is a mismatch between the versions of the skins installed and what should be installed.

And backup your skins folder somewhere
