Title: Decent / cheap / free video production software?

Feeling the need to upload a vid to YouTube (don't ask...)

Can anyone recommend a decent proggie to combine voice with stills for YT?

look out for prices to go down on sony vegas suite.  it's at 108 now but around xmas it will go down to around 50 or so.
it's as easy to use as windows movie maker but a bit better.
