Being a LEO, scientists know exactly where it will be from hour to hour. At 160 miles aboove Earth it really doesn't have far to fall, comparitively to more far distant sats like weather, tv, spy, ec. That's what makes them unsure of the final point of entry. It has what-- almost a 60-70% chance of splashing down in an ocean. Let's start taking (imaginary money) bets.
My imaginary $500 is on the Pacific Ocean near the Equator.
