Recently I've been getting tiny little warps. Nothing major but just enough to throw your aim off. Can't figure it out. Checked my ram and it's all good.

First third of your dxdiag report would help to figure out how AH-capable your system actually is. A ping plotter report taken immediately after noticing the warping would tell if the problem lies within your connections.
-
also what settings you use in game and whether or not you use a custom sound pak will help figuring out whats up.
-
It could also be caused by disk reads. Make sure to do a DEFRAG after a new version install, and every once in a while to prevent that. I use to have the same issue until I started doing regular defrags.

Does it happen consistently? Like every time you fire and the gun sound needs to play? Or is it just the first time you fire and once the sound is cached it's fine? If you switch planes, it might have to load a different gun sound. Does it happen when you get close enough to a plane that you need to load and cache that player's skin?
It does sound like a resource issue...

This is what I was thinking, try disabling show others skins and see if that doesn't help.
