...but is it copyrighted? Do you worry about that at all when you include music in these?

No I don't, and so far as I can tell Two Steps from Hell only want money when their stuff is used commercially. Also, if they raise a claim to my video, it gets pulled or muted. I then re-upload with the original sound. No hassle
