In one of the tutorial videos I plan to do I'm going to cover dot commands. What do you guys think some of the most commonly used dot commands are? I already have...
.ef
.move
.country (1,2,3)
.salvo
.delay
.s
.dt
.p
.r
.squelch
.wingman
Am I missing any other important ones? Also, is there a place with every single dot command listed? The trainer site doesn't have some of the newer ones like .dt
-
You have .s, how about .rs, for Return Salute?
Also, I find .sf, Show Field, very handy. When someone calls for help at field X, it's very handy to see where that is.
I almost forgot. .help will give you the whole list, but not all of them have explanations.
-
I didn't even know about rs and sf! Thanks for pointing out the help command! I forgot about that. :o :eek:
Also, what are all the name commands for .dt?
I only know
fth=fight hangar
bmh=bomber hangar
vhh=vehicle hangar
amb=ammo bunker
-
I use .goto quite a lot to easily find a squadmate whose name I see in the radio roster.

Latrobe remember there was a good thread on all of the dot commands maybe 6 months ago. If I had time I would find it for you but time is short.
-
I think we might be thinking of the same thread. I was looking for it as well but couldnt find it. :(
What is the full command for getting strat downtimes? .dt ???FUF as an example.
-
Strat downtimes would be ".dt c01cit" for city
aaf for AAA Factory
rdf for Radar Factory
amf for Ammunition Factory
fuf for Refinery
baf for Barracks
hqt for Headquarters
The "c01" is Country01 and will vary from map to map, and may be 02 or 03.
-
.goto gameid
I find this one very useful. It will move you to the takeoff base of the player you specified.
.speed xxx
To set the auto-climb speed. I often like to set it a little higher than the default.
