Title: Dear Hitech
Post by: wpeters on December 04, 2013, 03:42:29 PM
  Dear Hitech,

I have been browsing the forum looking for good ideas.  I have come up with a few for my Christmas List.  They are the following:

1  Destructible trees and buildings... They would stay down for 36 hours or when the map reset. ( to simulate a real battle field.

2 Usable roads that would be real to life.

3 Maps based on WWll battles.

4 Temporary Fighter field.  Such was seen in early days follow D-day.( Make it possible to have a furball all the time.)  Some thing like a  dirt strip.

6  Convoys of ship that affect the strats.

7  Possible getting it work on next gen consoles.( We want more Nubes.)

8  Pat your self on the back for creating a great game.

Thanks for the game. All you guys and gals at HTC have created a awesome game.  I would say that it is the most realistic other than graphics(soon to be fixed :D) combat simulator out there.  No matter what we whine about and complain on the forums. We all still love the game.

The things on the wishlist could be addressed through the coming year. Not all at once. I mean we understand the 40 hour work week and dont want you to miss your fun.

Merry Christmas to all at HQ
                      LtCondor :salute :salute :salute :salute

Ps  All others out there either  +1 or -1 this list to show HTC how many of us like these Ideas....  NOt the place to discuss them.

I say bazooka mounted on a jeep

Might flip the jeep over though  :lol

But that would be fun... might need some perk charge, but I think it would be fun to have.

A J3 Piper Cub with bazooka mounted to the struts actually killed a few german GV. How about that instead? Or the Russian copy of the C47 with top turret? Or the Po-2 biplane for spotting that can carry small bombs with a rear MG? Or the Ju-52 with top and beam position guns that can carry troops? The US operated a C-79\Ju52.......

Now this would be a cabin in Montana....

We'd never get it as it was a field mod used by some recon/scout units and not an official modification.

ack-ack

I don't think a shoulder launched system like the bazooka would flip a jeep.  Very little recoil
involved...otherwise you'd see bazooka gunners flying through the air after firing  :D

1  Destructible trees and buildings... They would stay down for 36 hours or when the map reset. ( to simulate a real battle field.
-1000 So if I flatten a V-Base with my Lancs all both countries will do is have to run m3's back and forth?.... MINE... NO! MINE!.... MINE AGAIN!!... NO! MINE!

2 Usable roads that would be real to life.
-1000 Roads are there for you to use.. Just turn when ya see the convoy coming... or enjoy the 100ft ride in the air at impact

3 Maps based on WWll battles.
Already gott'em... AvA... Scenario's that are done every week

4 Temporary Fighter field.  Such was seen in early days follow D-day.( Make it possible to have a furball all the time.)  Some thing like a  dirt strip.
If it's temporary??? How can it be ALL the time?

6  Convoys of ship that affect the strats.
Already there... but HiTech calls them "Trains"

7  Possible getting it work on next gen consoles.( We want more Nubes.)
UHHHHHHHHHHHHH................ NO! (BTW... it's NOOB's......... noob!)

8  Pat your self on the back for creating a great game.
Quit suckin up... It wont get your wish through faster

-10,000,000 because this comes from a guy that encourages Noobs & Squeakers to help him take NME Zone bases (Even though his countrymen are begging him not to) & encourages Noob's to help him take back his Countrys captured Zone bases, which are keeping their Strats Safe,  (Even though his countrymen are begging him not to)

Wish it was mine. Mine saw a garage sale in `74. That and the G.I. Joe Mercury Capsule. Who woulda known?

P.S. About a dozen G.I. Joes fell prey to electric lines (parachutes), deep water losses (the elastic holding one
together will eventually fall prey to deterioration and break if immersed in water too much) and pellet gun rear
of the head removal (little hole in front - no more back of the head).
