Trigg, I'm no computer expert by any means, but the first thing I did was get rid of Nortons! I use AVG and am very pleased with it, they have a free version you can down load. There are others here on the forum that can give you a lot better advice on the other issues, so I'll let them do the talking from here. :salute and Welcome to Aces High!

malwarebytes antimalware
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
I believe they have an online checker......
also I like "whats running" to see exactly what is running in the background.
good luck :aok

Ink beat me to malwarebytes, but also you could try Glarys Utlilities, it will get rid of some ad/spyware and clean up registry and temp files

Norton is useless for ridding or protecting your computer from malware/spyware. Norton is a virus all on its own and no one should be using it. It boggles my mind people are still using that malware called Norton.
Others have made some good suggestions.

From the Norton family the 360 is the worst nightmare of an antivirus suite I've ever seen! It nags about things it thinks you should do, or does its stuff when you wouldn't want it to. Get rid of it. Unfortunately it often digs its roots very deep inside Windows, making it hard to uninstall totally. Since you seem to have all kinds of nasties in your computer, it would be wise to make a clean install instead of an endless cleaning process not knowing if something were hiding and waiting for an unsuitable moment to contaminate your computer again.
Remember that a clean install will wipe everything you have on the C: drive at least, so make a copy of your valuables such as photos and other things that you can't download or install. Before that you might like to clean up a little bit. Start with CCleaner to get rid of temporary files, then run Eset Online scanner with the following Advanced Options ticked: Potentially unwanted and Potentially harmful. Eset is quite good in finding all kinds of nasties, not only viruses, especially with those two options chosen.
There are ways to clean a computer, but the result is never 100% proof. In your case a total clean reinstall is the best solution, I suppose.

you might also want to grab "CCleaner" to get rid of programs that start up that are not needed....cleaning out old programs....
there is also a website
http://www.blackviper.com/
excellent source to find a good configuration for your system.....what to shut down and whatnot....
lots of services are running on a default system that don't need to be, this site will help in figuring out what you can shut off.

Ty Ink I have it :aok

True, but although it is quite effective against spyware and other malware, it isn't actually an anti-virus: Anti virus protection – paid editions of Spybot offer you award-winning antivirus protection
If the free version the only shield against malware in your computer, I wouldn't dare do banking with it. Unless you have tweaked your Windows to something asketic like Skuzzy has done.

glary's is known to be a good tool for messing up your registry. they were also known to install other products even though you had declined for them to be installed.

I have used Glarys for a long time, never had a problem...although it is not used as anti virus or anti anything, its more like CCleaner then anything.

When using Malwarebytes..........check "other tools"..........they have a beta root kit killer that helped me out once.........its free.........

Also, when using Malwarebytes', take a look at the Settings tab before scanning: On the General tab check "Terminate IE during threat removal" and on the Scanner Settings tab choose "Show in results list and check for removal" for both PUP's and PUM's in their respective drop down menus. I haven't seen a "Potentially unwanted" thing yet that would do any good for gaming.

A long time ago my Dell, which came with free Norton on it, I downloaded ESET NOD32 to check it out. NOD32 kept telling me the Norton files were viruses.

Guys, could anything be done to improve pings from Europe? It annoys me as hell seeing constant warps in my sights when I'm on close 6 of the boogie.

Actually the ping time itself doesn't cause warping. Everything under 300ms should be playable, if it's stable. You can't do much to improve your ping, since it's mainly dependent on the distance from your location to the server. The only solution would be to move to Texas for best ping times!
As said, stability is the key word when talking about warping. As you might have heard in the news, there's been severe storms both in the USA and in Europe. They have damaged Internet connections here and there, so there's nothing you could do unless you are a network technician doing the repairs.
What you can do is to make sure your own activity isn't causing warping. Warps are instabilities in the net. If your computer and network devices were only handling AH, the network traffic could be described as a straight line (very simplified here!). If your computer checks for updates while you're playing, there will be spikes in that line, causing warps. Not to mention down-and uploading torrents in the background! So take a close look at what your computer is running in the background, shut down everything unnecessary before playing, go through the Settings in every program and disable their automatic updates. If you're like me, wanting to have the anti-virus on while playing, put AH in the exceptions list and do a manual update right before playing. It's unbelievable how often some programs of secondary value would like to check for updates: I can't understand the importance of checking for updates for a multifunction printer or a webcam daily or weekly? Even monthly is overkill and after a year or so there won't even be any updates for the product! Yet they will continue checking, causing traffic in the net. So reduce the amount of background processes and disable their automatic update checks to minimize the potential causes for warping at your end.

What Bizman said.

Thanks for an explanation.
How can I see if it is my machine to blame? I check 'Net Status' from time to time. And 'variance' graph is hardly discernable from 0.

Download Ping Plotter HERE (http://ftp://www.pingplotter.com/pub/pingplotter/pngplt_1.exe) . It's a free program. Install it and in the top left corner add the address 71.252.137.149 Then using the option set it up to "trace/ping" every second for about 10 minutes.
What it does is ping each server in the line between you and HTC. As it does it list the time in milli-seconds to each "hop". What you want is a steady, almost strait line from top to bottom with no red or yellow sections showing up. The straighter the line with the least amount of change from second to second ( as it pings) is better. I your line is bouncing around like a heart monitor hooked to a guy watching a stripper, then you might have a problem :devil
The next to the last "hop" will be red with 100% loss because it doesn't return the info so you shouldn't have to worry about that one. If you want more info, take a screen shot and post the picture here and someone will help.

What Fugitive said.
You can also try some network monitor (20 free ones here: http://www.gfi.com/blog/the-top-20-free-network-monitoring-and-analysis-tools-for-sys-admins/ (http://www.gfi.com/blog/the-top-20-free-network-monitoring-and-analysis-tools-for-sys-admins/)). I haven't used any of them so you'll have to do some research for yourself to find the right tool. Something running in the background creating a log would be a preferable choice. The log would tell if your computer were contacting a certain address too often. If you don't think there's something evil going on, getting rid of the automatic updates might just do the trick.

So, after another bad warps of cons when I got on their 6 i made this shots. Do these look fine?

That is only ten samples. Might want to run it longer to gather better stats.
-
Here pingplotter picture with stats over whole 600 samples displayed
(http://i43.tinypic.com/2dj9kht.jpg)
-
That looks pretty good. When you see warping, does everyone in your view warp, or do just a few planes warp in your view?
-
Both Pingplotter pictures are identical - look at the timestamps at the top of the display (10 Samples Timed: 13.01.2014 0:22:02 - 13.01.2014 0:22:11).
-
Good catch.
-
Sorry, my bad. Attached wrong image
Here's correct one
