Title: Germany terrain has 500+ too many objects!

Tonight while logging into FSO (and downloading the newest terrain version) the game reported to players that the terrain was 500+ objects over the limit.  The TE terrain tester and/or the terrain uploader should have caught that & stopped it from being on the server if I am correct.(?)
