I watched the movie last week.  The battle scenes are small but the effects are good.  The problem is, it is in Russian, and has English subtitles that were written by a Russian with little knowledge of our language.  95% of the subtitles are sentences that make no sense whatsoever.  You basically have to make up all the dialogue in your mind.  I recommend it only to those who can live with watching a movie where you have no idea what they are saying.  I watched it hoping to see some good large battles, but the movie just follows a small group through some of the ordeal.

In other words the trailer is hugely misleading.  I was very disappointed and I'll watch about anything. :(

Where did you find it with English subs?

I watched it on a site called Primewire.

Ok this looks great but I am just a tad confused. If this is about Stalingrad in 1942 then what the heck is an Ilyushin Il-76 Candid doing in the production?

What an I missing here?  :huh

That He111 crash looked so very fake.  Hitting that hard it would have crushed and come apart.
