Title: Skins not Downloading

Since i redownloaded the game my skins Arnt downloading period. i have the box checked still nothing

Is it starting to download any or not doing anything at all?

Skins will start downloading until the "skins.res" file is installed.  If that file is not in the "skins" folder, that is why they have not started downloading.

NOTE:  If you copy files from one computer to another, make sure the copied files are not marked "read-only" as that will mess up a lot of the game.
