Anyone else having a problem with these servers??

I'm in New Hampshire and have been having such issues connecting with the game that I'm considering bailing out.

Don't want to but ...

Tried hooking up tonight..........bad......lag .........lag .....lag......

Used ping plotter.............fine until it hits several things labeled "Atlascogentco".........ultimately 100% packet loss.

What can I do.........??????

Appreciate any and all advice.............

The Eastern half of the U.S. is a mess.  Downed telecommunications lines all over the place are impacting everyone, to seom degree.  I know they are working on restoring those lines, but there is no way to know which will get fixed and when.
