i have been up almost all night... and this idea just ran across my mind its probably stupid but il worry about that after i sleep
so my general thought is... in planes with 2 pilots(pilot and co pilot w/e) b24s/25s(ext)
that upon getting PW'd you don't simply black out like a 1 pilot plane for IE if your co pilot is shot.. the plane becomes harder to fly(like a light compression)
but if one pilot dies.. the other can still take over.. just with mentioned above circumstances always struck me as odd that 1 pilot dies and u always die...
note i have given very little in depth thought into this and more just a logical skim more or less its just a logical thought like it love it hate it your call

what if both pilots get pw?  I think that's what we have right now.  both pilots in bombers will get hit.

Bah!  He'd already lost the night's sleep.
It is a good idea.  I like it.

Wonder how much a coding headache it would be?

IN the WWI arena... If the pilot dies... the gunner DOES take over...
Why not the co-pilot or even the navigator in bombers?

Wha?

Wha?
Go fly a F2B... get your pilot killed... and turn your damage indicator on and be amazed at the gunner's amazing pilot skills...
