Title: Tuesday testday
Post by: olds442 on January 13, 2014, 04:18:28 PM
A lot of the ideas on the wishlist seem pretty sound but may have easy loopholes in them. Why not make it every Tuesday test out one of these ideas? It would be called Tuesday test day, we can't say a idea is good or bad with out trying it out IMO.

Perhaps if there was a completely separate arena for this, I could see merit in this request.

Or a separate installation of the Aces High client to join said test arena.

Not a bad idea.  I'd be willing to be a test subject.

Some, however, will likely b1tch saying its not fair to use paying customers as guinea pigs.

HTC did this a few years back when they had first introduced the current terrain and the Finnish Brewster. The BETA client was well recieved by some, but there were others who still complained.

I personally would like to see HTC give their customers another opportunity to test this new terrain engine again. Perhaps they could make the BETA client free to play for a short period of time before releasing it as a live production build.

Yes and advertise the FREE BETA, that's always a good way to draw people in too, plus you would be showing off exactly what the game has got going on for it graphically and otherwise. Just my 2 cents. I would be ok with testing some things out though and give opinions in a constructive way.
