why would you need a physics card and how would you get it to work in a computer?

better yet, when did they start handing out cards for physics?  :headscratch:

No.  AH doesn't use PhysX.  Also, I hope you're not buying a separate physics card for your computer.  If you have a Nvidia card, PhysX is already integrated into the video card.  Would be cool if PhysX was used, would bring a lot to the eye candy department but could lower performance due to the load.

There really would not be any benefit from it. The Maximus system that Nvidia has on their flagship line would make the number crunching easy, but no one in this game would shell out $10,000 for it.

My desktop has had one in it for quite some time(custom build) and the fan is starting to rattle....I took it out and played without it, no difference in game play!  :aok   Thx for the responses!  :salute
