Yes, that's right. THE customer no service company. I just changed to the Uverse system and things were great until the latest winter storm hit. I could (and can) download a two-hour movie in about six minutes. After the snow hit us the pings into Southern Alabama started to go missing, and now the line is dead, then live, then dead. . . 100% packet loss on the first three hops, and of course the next-to-last hop also shows 100% loss.
Is this typical of Uverse? Or is there something I can tell the tech that will get my connection more reliable quickly? Or is it time to boot AT&T and get another service? Uverse router is Motorola NVG510.

Skuzzy says the next to last hop will have 100% lose but that is because that ones not set up to forward the pings.
As to Alabama, they were just hit with a big storm with lots of ice and some snow. They are just not set up for that type of stuff.

I thought that was it (having read that before), but I want to make sure Uverse is not just a big headache since I just converted to it. The Motorola router does not have a good reputation in the reviews I have read, but people are more likely to respond if they have a negative reaction than they are with a positive one.
