Beautiful!  Love the tri-colored spinner!  Every time I see a video like this, I think to myself "Wow, this is what they saw in real life in WW2".

P&W R-2800

Yep, and it's fitted with a C series -52 engine. Rated at 2,200 hp takeoff, 2,800 hp with ADI, it's far more powerful than the BMW radial in original A series 190s. However, this isn't a real 190. It's a Flugwerk replica and not nearly as strong as an actual Focke Wulf. They had a lot of trouble with the R-2800 overheating. I recall that they had to install two additional oil coolers to overcome this issue.

So basically similar performance to a Fw 190A-9. I assume they don't run that PW with ADI nowadays.

It's great to see it flying.  :rock

One thing thiough, the spinner is not tri-color. That's just an odd effect of that film. Find another video or a picture of it and you'll see that it's just black and white.
