And if you have a newer nvidia card they have a program now that you can use.

If you have a Nvidia GFX 600 series or newer card, I would recommend downloading Geforce Experience so you can use the ShadowPlay video recorder. It's still in beta but even at this stage it's far better than Fraps and Afterburner's video recorder. Since ShadowPlay takes advantage of the video encoders built into the newer GFX cards, there is very little resources used and virtually no impact on performance of the game while recording. I use ShadowPlay to record at 1920x1080@1080p at 60fps and I do not take a hit at all in Aces High or any other game I record.

Loilo Game Recorder... A lot less memory intense than other capture software.. I love it so far. http://loilo-game-recorder.en.softonic.com/

Which I mentioned it was still in beta but even in that state, it's far better than Fraps or Afterburner's recorder. You can't record with Afterburner or Fraps at the resolutions you can with ShadowPlay without loss of FPS because of the resources those two programs like to hog.

It has promise. One thing that drives me nuts is you still cant save some of the settings. Also this latest version is crashy.
But the encode is very promising.
