Title: Couldnt "End Sortie"
Post by: atlau on February 19, 2014, 02:42:22 PM
So I landed but then when I typed in ".ef" it would not let me tower. I also tried clicking on clipboard. I then got disconnected and when I reconnected the AI had crashed my plane (I was C-Hog stopped on the carrier). Sorry don't have the film. Has anyone seen this?

Not being able to end sortie was a result of a disco already being in process. You command already wasn't able to get through to the server.

:furious I've had this happen twice. Both times were the identical with no disco or disco in process. I landed came to a full stop on the runway and typed .ef......I got a message that said "you must be stopped to end flight." :headscratch: I brought up the clipboard to end sortie and got the same message. I think I typed out .ef another 20 or so times before it finally ended flight. The second time was around 15 times....but a bit more frantically as I was about to be vulched.  :bhead

It happened to me the other night after I belly landed a plane.  I had heard of it happening before, but I had never experience it until last night!
